Meet the Band

The band is comprised of three friends that have met and known each other from the music scene for a number of years. Each coming from various musical backgrounds, they finally decided to bring their talents together to become the power trio known as Johnny and the ShoWalkers. Fronted by John Gowans who has a long history and great presence in the music scene, he plays guitar and brings powerful vocals to the group. Up next, behind the drum set there is Showie who holds down the beat and adds amazingly technically driven drum solos to each show. And to round out the trio, on bass we have Cristian Walker bringing thunderous yet melodic basslines to each song. The trio has a set list built of both covers and original music. The covers stretch across multiple genres ranging from Classical Rock, to Grunge, to Indie, and up to today's Modern top hits. Starting in 2020, you can catch the trio every Thursday at Murphy's Law in downtown Chandler.
